Sex Scene?

I just watched this on Showtime or HBO, and I don't remember any sex scene, except for the one between Abigail and Martin at the river near the end. That wasn't even shown, it was just implied. Was there something cut from the film in the version I saw? The MPAA rating gave it an R for violence, language, Rape depection. There certainly wasn't any rape scene that I saw.

I wonder what else was changed in the version I saw. The ending I viewed, Wade was killed by Seamus outside the burning house after threatening to kill the William Forscythe's character.
