commissionaire Fontaine?

Ok, so in the second part, at about 57 minutes in, when Rosemary is googling and stuff and discovers some info about who Mercato is (spoilers)she phones the police chief and calls him "commissioner Fountain".
His name is Fontaine!
I think Zoe Saldana cant read, is there anything that can be done?
