Probably more of a question for the book readers. There always seemed like something weird was going on between the three. Guy also kissed Margaux, did it end there?

No. There was nothing going on with Guy and the Castevets other than a satanic deal for him to hand over his wife to be the mother of the Anti-Christ. Any sexual undertones were created for this remake.

he seemed a little surprised when she kissed him so I think this was the first tim e it happened and they had not slept together yet

I don't think so but between Rosemary, Julie and Margaux, he damn sure kissed every notable female character lol

Would have liked to see a three-way between guy and Roman and Margeaux. At least that would have been more titillating and scandalous.

In the book and the original film Margaux's name was Minnie and she was 70-80yrs old so there was absolutely nothing going on between her and Guy.
