Since when are there Brits in the CIA?

Sure it's a comedy, but that doesn't mean you can make it as ridiculous as whatever suits your studio's casting requests. There's as much chance of a Russian or Iranian CIA agent existing as a British one (with a cockney accent no less), which is to say nil. And if you make a storyline decision like that consciously at least acknowledge it within the story straight away and make actual jokes about it, don't just pretend the absurdity doesn't exist.

Had to stop watching after 15 minutes. Shame as it looked otherwise well-made, and the cast and director are otherwise good.

And somehow they did have the sense to have Jude Law do an American accent? Go figure.

You totally missed the entire point of this film, went right over your head, particularly regarding everybody talking in a British accent.
