Yikes, what happened to that absolute GODDESS who hosted Dog Eat Dog? I know it's been 10 years, but man, she looks really skinny, her neck is wrinkly, and her hair, ugh, her hair!
Good show, but seeing how far Brooke has fallen is just sad.

I totally agree with you, sivazh. And I am a gay man. And Brooke is one of those very rare females that would make me even slightly consider switching teams, but that would be in the Dog Eat Dog days not now.

Honestly? I could care less about her looks. She's just a horrible host, plain and simple. They need to get someone better to host.
shareO_o And here I was just thinking that she's a great game show host--versatile enough to go from a "rougher" one like Dog Eat Dog to a more intellectual one such as this, that requires a more "mature" and refined, "classier" sort of look. I think she looks terrific, pretty, and young, myself; no complaints here...she's an above-average 35-year-old in the looks department, I'd say. ^^

I agree with original poster. She looks like she's in her mid 40s on this show. Either she spent way too much time in the sun, or like other celebs, lied about her birth date.
shareYeah. All her profiles say 1978. I can't believe she's only 35. I'd guess her at 8-10 years older. She's still gorgeous, no matter what. I had never seen her before the Chase, so I don't know what she looked like in anything else. I had to look her up because I though she was Howard Stern's squeeze, Beth O___ski.
I think she's a good host and she's still beautiful, but her hairstyle is too old for her. If she straightened it out and had a bob, it would look better. The curled under style makes her look a lot older. They put way too much makeup on her sometimes too. In an episode from about two weeks ago, she had a ton of blush on. Her cheeks looked like clown makeup.

Other than being too skinny, and always being dressed in sleeveless dresses, I think she looks wonderful. And she is a great hostess ... not many people can read questions that fast without stumbling all over themselves.

Yeah, not a fan of the short hair. I also had my doubts about her hosting this show, but she's doing well, and has chemistry with the Beast.
shareIt's funny, I came here on the board to see more about her because I didn't know who she was and I think she's a charming and good host for this show. Even though she's too thin for my taste she's still quite beautiful and does a good job of keeping a light atmosphere against the somewhat dour personality of the Beast.

Have to agree with SataiDelen. I wish they'd get a new host. I think she's a good looking woman and I wouldn't care if she shaved her head. I just wish she would SHUT UP! lol
I give her credit for reading all those questions so rapidly. She must practice a lot. But all her screeching and screaming when a contestant gets a correct answer and the Beast is wrong... yikes! She ruins a lot of the show for me. I keep the remote in my hand and mute most of what she says.
I keep on thinking about the old hosts like Bob Barker, Wink Martindale, etc. Sure they were happy when a contestant won but is it necessary to scream and carry on so much? As I wrote before, you'd think the players were all Brooke's relatives who owed her money.
