How the F___ did they do this with just a 2 million budget?

This movie looked like it had at least a 60-80 million budget. I've seen worse sets in a 100 million budget movie.

This was awesome. The evil guy was also great, he was very hard to defeat. I love powerful villains.

All in all, this is what cinema should do. I'm bored of the same cliche movies. This was NEW, this was FRESH, it made me curious.
I remember when I first discovered cinema....each movie was something new, an experience.

For all the effort, it deserves at least a 9.

My ratings are not always like the IMDB average score because I only enjoy intelligent movies.

I know, right!

Amazing craftsmanship. Superb editing. This is how you make an action movie.

To put it simply because it was an independent film.

Without a studio there to stifle the production or demand edits, a director with a passion to do something different, and a kick ass idea the independent film scene is just full of original films like this. Not exactly a bunch of first-person POV films but you get my drift.

In the commentary they say the film crew sometimes doubles as extras - I assume that saved some roubles. There is probably a lot of corners that can be cut filming in Russia.

Even still, they went more places, had cooler action sequences, chase sequences, and massive "WTF?!" moments than any $200 million dollar Hollywood blockbuster that has come out in the last 20 years.

I was shocked at a lot of what went on in this film, as I was left wondering "How'd they do that?" which is something I don't oftentimes (or just about never) say when it comes to Hollywood films.

Come to think of it, I feel like giving this movie a watch again.

Because it's not an American movie. Periodt.

Even with the extra "t" you have a point.

The T is for Trillion.
