Kirk Meant Well But It Didn't Work

My husband and I saw "Unstoppable" last night and we were disappointed. We knew it was a documentary and not a film like Fireproof. It looked like a long commercial for Liberty University. The attempt to film the movie in an "edgy" style did not work and we found such lulls in the film. When Eve was getting ready to eat the forbidden fruit and Cain was killing Abel...the scenes were shot so slow. We were restless with boredom. I know the film was about crisis of faith and why does bad things happen to good people but it seemed lost. The film wandered and didn't seem to be thought out. I know Kirk meant well and I'm sure his next project will be better, but I don't see this film helping spread the message of the Good News.

If by "means well" you mean "con countless poor, gullible morons out of the little money have so that Cameron can pad his $20+ million net worth," then yes, I'd say Cameron "means well."

Here's the Good News: There is no credible evidence for any god. There is no credible evidence for any hell. And it's never too late to start learning and living.
