I wanted to see the most deserving team win

And I was disappointed. Nat and Meg were the far better team. A lot of the last leg had to do with physical strength which catered to the guys. Wouldn't say they were screwed but they were at a clear disadvantage. Mickey and Pete seem like decent ppl and they were in my top 2 teams for sure. At least Sukhi/Jinder and Piere/Michele didn't win.

They're Olympic athletes, they're perfectly strong and fit. The hand hurt but they didn't handle the roadblocks properly. And everyone made it to the final challenge with plenty of time to get the answer right. Mickey and Pete had a bit more time, able to make a few more mistakes, but the girls were still in a fine position.

And it's not like Mickey and Pete are a weak team. They'd never won but consistently placed high. Rob and Ryan had the worst time as their cab got lost, which was out of their control.

Like I said Mickey and Pete seem like stand up guys. And a busted up hand in that clue retrieval definitely had Team CAnada at a disadvantage. Unless they were some fake tears and if so, she's a good actress. Still a decent finish to the season. Almost great.

It WAS great. I never said she was faking, the hell are you on about? I admire her pushing through. They picked the wrong people to do each detour. They still made it to the final challenge with plenty of time to win but couldn't. It was a good race.

Yeah, I'm not even sure about the physical strength aspect catering to the guys. A lot of people have even been saying that the fact that the girls are Olympians gave them an unfair advantage.

Anyhoo, when the boys pulled ahead at the river, I actually leapt out of my chair and cheered. I realised at that moment how much I wanted them to win.
