Why is Master Gouken (Gôken) still 'young' in this movie?

Why is Sensei Gouken [Gôken] (played by Akira Koieyama) still young (has black hair) in this movie?
In the game / mangas he is shown as an old man and has white hair when he trains with Ken and Ryu and fights against the demonic Akuma, or am I missing something?

Well for starters... if you watched it, it states the series takes place in the 80s.. Way before the world tournament and all the shadowlaw business. And SF4 takes place like 90s where Gouken starts to look like that.
