Toronto Film Festival Q+A for THE EDITOR

Saw this at TIFF and recorded the Q&A, which offered a lot of insight:

Lotsa laughs in this one, much like its predecessors, though moreso for people extremely familiar with not only giallo films, but the sloppier aspects of their production and international distribution (starting with their oddball English dubbing). The film's too long, but it's hard to fault the Astron 6 team when they land this many jokes successfully. Of course, the target audience for this one is probably narrower than it was for the previous Astron 6 films, so it might take one more show to truly break these guys out. But given what they do here on yet another miniscule budget, they deserve many more opportunities.
