Is the Agent Carter One Shot Canon? (Spoilers?)

With the start of the Agent Carter TV show tonight, has there been any word on whether this one shot has been axed from canon?
It seems from the previews that (SPOILERS)

Stark is not part of SHIELD yet.
That Peggy is in the same position as in the One Shot.

Thoughts?

The trivia section for the Agent Carter series says that the show takes place before the events of the One-Shot.
