Did They Revisit The REAL House In Enfield, Or Was It Just The Replica?

In the Special Features on the Blu Ray where the two, now grown-up, daughters revisit (apparently) their old house in Enfield, I was a little confused, because it's not made clear whether or not it really is the actual house where it all happened, or was it just the replica of the house that they had built on the movie set in America?

They met up with Lorraine Warren whilst in the "house", but again, I suspect it might have been just the replica house, because to my knowledge, Lorraine Warren hasn't visited Britain recently (has she?).
