Where is this lunatic building this crackerbox?His idea of a fortress is extremely lame,I could knock that place down in seconds,or at least breach it.he claimed that those walls would stop a 50cal round,NOT,a 50 would most likey go through 2 walls before petering out.His daughters are nice to watch though,I like him(though would be very leary of him) and his family but I fear he,s sadly delusional.Kinda fun to watch for *beep* n giggles though.

IIRC, somewhere in western NC. I think it'd be hysterical if someone found out the exact location and put a marker for it on Google Earth.

They're screwed for another reason too; the Oconee Nuclear Station is less than 20 miles upwind from where they are. In the "end days" Homer Simpson won't be at his work station preventing the meltdown. Nor will anyone be controlling the flood levels of Lake Keowee to make sure the reactors get sufficient flow for cooling.

Their problem isn't EMP or raiding parties; it's the no see ums that shreds your DNA and grows unusual items from your body.

But it's ok; the have the drawbridge that survived the credible text of a slow tractor

I am 38 miles away, I live in Anderson SC, I am going to do a driveby some day when I am bored.

I know Anderson. That's where I bought my truck. And I don't think I could ever get bored enough to drive up to that joke of a castle. Plus, I try to stay out of Pickens County as much as possible. Too many crazy people up there. It's almost as bad as Pelzer.

You are right about staying out of Pelzer and Pickens. I live near Brown road about 3 miles from Sam's Club and Walmart.

I am a retired cop from NY that moved here 7 years ago I usually am busy but sometimes when I get bored I just hop in the car and drive around with no particular place to go.

Although, I'm sure they knew this info would be found out.

As long as you don't take this show very seriously it can still be fun to watch.

But, if the daughters weren't so easy on the eyes...forget it.
