On the 14th Michael was arrested and charged with Battery Domestic Violence:

Is Micheal wearing the same shirt in both or is that prison/jail issued? If it's the same shirt, then that's obviously not his "lucky" shirt (but I sure hope he wears it more often, lol).

It looks like Flagler County puts a barbershop-type apron on everyone before taking their booking photos.

Apparently they re-arrested Michael on February 4 and this time the Flagler County Sheriff's Office website shows they are holding him so hopefully he can't re-offend for a while.
