This was the first role for the woman who played Jackie and so many of the girls were either new or had only done a few roles previously. I would have thought they were more established by their performances. I believe Jackie was who she was and the bullying scenes felt full of real pain and not a cartoon.

I just watched this movie this week with my daughter and I was especially impressed with Grace Davidson who played Isabelle's sister Jade. I thought for sure when I looked her up she would have been working in more films and TV shows.
Hire this girl! She has "it". I'm going to be patient and see if I am right that she will one day develop into a high profile professional actress.
I had the same idea about so many of the actresses.
