Knoxville didn't sound like an old man

I mean he just used his regular voice throughout the whole movie, even the kid in the end credits during the making said "You don't sound like an old man you sound like Johnny Knoxville". I mean if i had heard him on the streets while they was making this i would have instantly thought he sounded like Johnny Knoxville.

Knoxville could have at least tried to make an old man voice.

I'd add that he doesn't look like an old man -- even to the camera. He looks like an actor wearing a bald cap, make up and prosthetics. It was just OK for the camera but I find it very hard to believe that anyone interacting with him in real life would have been fooled.

I'm watching this right now for the first time, and that's the first thing I thought of in the very first scene. He sounds like a guy in his 40s. And his hands look young, too.

The voice he used did seem a bit different to what he used for the Bad Grandpa skits in the Jackass Movies. It wasn't as good or as convincing in this movie.

Thats cause hes not an old man and his throat hasnt changed
