I see a ton of questions about the two boys who escaped the tent. Research it because when Sam goes looking for them, he sees all their things and clothing scattered in the forest. Nerds glasses, the scout bandana and the shirt the bully was wearing. Sam saw all of it and that's when he returned to the underground bunker to possibly look for them. That's when the man came back. It was obvious they were dead somewhere. That is all.
