Keep Beach City Weird

I was just re-watching that episode, and noticed at the end that Reynaldo explains the whole cluster plot by accident, saying the "diamond authority" is trying to "hollow out the Earth". I wonder what other extremely accurate things he's though? Are the diamonds truly run by sneople? Or a single giant Snerson? Only time will tell...
