No website? No Facebook page? Nobody posting on the imdb board?

I just discovered both parts of this set of anthology stories on Amazon Prime. I started trying to look up info on them, and virtually nothing exists. Why is that? Do film makers in Hong Kong not want to put their film work online? I don't get the lack of available info from the filmmakers.

The only Facebook page that exists is for part 1, and it's only a wikipedia entry, not an official page for the film. And NO official site. Perhaps this is why I'd never heard of it before.
