Day needs a worthy remake

Day of the dead was always one of my favorite plots in the og series. The big headed military power trip, science vs stagnate, control amongst a small group of people and not to mention some of the best gore. Hopefully they don't *beep* this up

Bub ruined the original. The original had it's moments but it also had a lot of really hokey moments.

Bub was cool... Having him felt weird and somehow out of place, but it was enjoyable anyway.

It really does, this sounds nothing at all like Day, why can they not try romeros original script, get Romero on board and invite a few of the originals to have cameos, instead we get these sub-par "remakes" that are only riding Days good name.

Yep. That would only be sequels, which isn't happening all much these days. I think having the original characters in remakes is overboard. They at least should be in sequels, even after a remake.

CaptRhodes666... this movies plot description is dead on exactly like what Day of the Dead's plot description was.

Day of the Dead is my favorite of Romero's original trilogy. Usually I don't care for more remakes, but this needs to be made, if only to erase the memory of the dreadful remake we actually got. That was dreadful bad.
