I only watched this movie for about 20 minutes (because it was simply awful), but the I was pleased to see that GP has aged quite a bit!!!
I only ever see her on photos, and I'm always puzzled by how she never seem to age, but I guess you can doctor pictures better than film...
She is a mere mortal after all!!!!
I don't think she looks very old, still. I mean, in the past 20 years, she appears to have aged 5 years. I'm 30 minutes in now & I love it. It's a specific kind of humor. Someone here got it right when they said something about Grand Budapest mixed with Monty Python. I'm just glad it's not your typical trite Hollywood crap humor. So far, it's great. I'll have a more official opinion after.

I promise it is funny. Everyone has different tastes in humor. This type of humor, specifically, is dry. I could easily say that there is nothing funny about Melissa McCarthy or Amy Schumer, but clearly there are a lot of people who believe that they are plenty funny.
To me, this film was like something Wes Anderson would make, minus the immature too-cool-for-school indie-art, replaced with the ridiculous dry style of Monty Python. More humble, less pretentious.
Either you like it or you don't. You're free to say, "This isn't my kind of humor." But to say, in such a factual tone, something is not funny (while many people think otherwise) just seems a bit rude.
I really didnt notice anything different about her.
