Loved It!

I really loved this. I thought it was beautifully shot. Has some good humour, some touching moments and was overall a pretty good story.

I watched it solely for Shiri Appleby... And she never disappoints. She is the only actress of her generation I will seek her projects out, big and small.

She's pretty much solidified the girl-next-door + time traveler roles with this, and I just wish she would be given the chance to do this (sci-fi + romance) on the big screen as well.

As for the movie... I liked it, too.

It's basically an extended version of her previous web series "Dating Rules from My Future Self" meets "It's a Wonderful Life". It didn't try to be something it wasn't and treated it's subject matter with humor and respect similar movies would have only skimmed the surface of using false sentimentality just because it is a Christmas-themed "feel good" movie.

I agree! Shiri was great, she was very likeable and she made you really feel for her even though she's made some shady choices. - the humour was refreshing, it was heartwarming and well acted.

I wish more made for TV Christmas movies were like this.

Mature (the ones not directly for kids), relatable, with a deeper meaning that doesn't feel too sentimental or force fed. Intelligent writing and fantastic performances.
