It's suspect that all positive reviews are from 1st time posters.
Can anyone not affiliated with this movie comment on the quality?

Not really. It's one of those failed first movie attempts.

Thanks guys, I suspected as much.

They should punish movies that are reviewed positively in this manner by deleting said movies from the database.

I thought the acting except for Lisa Friedrich was terrible which made the whole movie a joke. When we finished watching this my wife & I wondered why we sat through the whole thing. IMDB voters are too kind.

I seem to be in the minority, but I enjoyed it. I felt the leads were strong and atmosphere sufficiently ominous. The basic concept isnt exactly new ground, but it's a concept I like so that probably helped.
