What, you expect every rehabilitated criminal to just sit in a prison cell doing nothing for the rest of their lives on the taxpayers' bill?

Thank you flacroix897, I agree 99%. Time, as the laws we set, done.

He is a model citizen, polite, nice and willing to help. He never repeated (term used for any felony crime). He actually lived close to me at one time in Scottsdale. Stayed clean and safe, no problems. Nicely done Mike, don't let anyone misuse the word Champion!

If I was cancer, I'd be scared of Iron Mike. I'd hope he'd rust, but I'd die shortly before from a fist through his blood cells. *Note story line, it's free, no license, except only for use with Iron Mike Tyson's approval and acting.*

Don't really know about the case, but looking at the word "convicted" here, any man really can be "convicted." Was he guilty?

For a man, it's terrifying. I'm a woman and I've long seen something wrong with that, especially so because I have a brother. It's guilty until proven innocent and even afterwards, if you're proven innocent, you're STILL guilty. Needless to say, I don't get along with many women...at all.

For the most part rapes are hardly ever unfounded, but clearly stuff like the Brian Banks case happens. Its best to remember that, so people aren't running around saying every woman that comes forward is lying. A big percent of women never come forward so its very harmful to not believe them.

Lying about rape is only a common thing among high profile people. Its really something that should be punished, these women should go to prison, lying not only can send someone to prison but it also makes it much harder for women to come forward.

As for Mike Tyson, I'm not sure what went down, but there are witnesses on his side and hers. Logic tells us to believe celebrities can't rape but Bill Cosby is showing us that is far from the truth. Mike's reputation made him a target so I do believe it could have been a lie. I try not to do the always believe the famous person, but Mike seems like a guy who would have owned up this by now if it was true, he has for everything else. Then there's meeting up with him after 1 in the morning, and the witnesses who said she was lying. Then its no secret that these guys have tons of women chasing them.

So I'm not sure exactly what I believe, but I guess I believe Mike more. As for what you are saying, it is indeed scary. I think its more about staying away from the wrong type of women. But at times its hard to see those types of things.

Another example of "guilty until proven innocent." Hell, I'd believe Mike was guilty long before Bill.

Bill Clinton has been legitimately accused of rape many times, but he is seen as one of the great living Americans by the media and most of the public. Clinton goes one better though: involved in the murder of two young boys in Arkansas while governor when the boys witnessed a cocaine plane make a drop in airstrip. Google it.

Oh yeah he was guilty. He has openly said that he was guilty and explained why he raped her and everything else. The way I remember it is that he said that at that time he was just a monster that took what he wanted.

Hollywood still does business with roman Polanski was was convicted of rape and fled the country. Convicted of raping a 13 year old girl at jack nicholson's house during a party.
