WOW The New Version Is Terrible

I agree... the new version is horrible. Golan's new voice has taken away all the personality that was established. It's un-watchable now.

Agreed. They have both seasons on Hulu & I love season one. Get to season 2 and it's totally different and hard to watch. Whoever made the decision to change the show *beep* up!

Agreed. They ruined it.

The 15 minute format was much better as was the darker tone and the old voice actors.

Now it's just another dumb "adult wannabe" cartoon show.

I still liked S2, but S1 was better.

I loved the first season. Was thrilled to see they were bringing it back and making it longer.

Then the changes started. Replacing the voices were their first mistake. The original voice of Golan and Dylan were perfect. Why pay more money to Rob Riggle and Aubrey Plaza for "worse" voices? While I think they are talented actors, I don't think I've ever purposely sought something out b/c they were in it. I will be watching something and they will pop up and I will think "hey, it's that person". But they certainly don't have the fame to pull in a new larger audience. So why pay them more money for essentially nothing?

The time slot also affected the humor as well. Can't get away with as much in prime time as you can at 11pm.

They should have just kept it the same. Maybe make each episode two 10 minute episodes if they didn't want one full 22 minute ep.

Instead, some know it all exec probably had some "notes" and ruined the show. Very disappointed b/c the first season was hysterical.
