why blame Sajid only when we are equally reponsible.

I remember from one TV show when Sajid Khan said "leave your brains at home and come to the theaters" and I already guessed that this is going to be another disaster from Sajid Khan because people who love cinema or know the meaning of cinema never make such kind of statements about their own works.

I don't how many of you realized it but the storm of worst movies already hits us in 2007-2008. I remember the time when 'singh is king' and 'Ajab prem ki gajab kahni' became a super-hit. It's either that they think audience is fool or maybe they have lost their minds in money making that they think we are going to watch any movie if we put any superstars into the movie. But I will not blame him. It's a fault of everyone who appreciated movies like:
Chennai Express
Rowdy Rathode
Ready
BOSS
Bodyguard
Himmatwala
Gunday
Housefull and Houefull 2.

Audience make cinema and not directors/producers. Just Look at the collection figures. Even after the worst reviews this film has managed to get 50 crore in last weeks.

I am getting this feeling that Sajid is going to come back with another disaster next year or maybe every year. May god bless Indian Cinema.

I agree with you. But situation is only going worse. The originality is lacking. They are trying to entertain with stupid one liners or jokes & people can watch comedy circus for this.
They really need to re-invent themselves or sooner than later as literacy & general wealth increases, Bollywood will find itself in gutter.
Om Shanti Om, Hey Baby and films like this scored big but were completely relying on good acting rather than substance in story.
Munna Bhai MBBS, 3 Idiots are the only two films in last decade that comes to my mind as being excellent. The performance of certain art movies is much better and commercial movies like A wednesday have also entertained in a proper way.
Sajid Khan looks like a boy grown on foreign films and hence lacks originality.
Most directors/producers are trying to sell either views, female bodies, celebrity stars or crude humor. No one is trying to be creative and earn more by selling good stories. Now look at Chak De, it was a very non-masala film and was to the point even when it was borrowed from Hollywood, it entertained a lot.
Films like Billu Barber and Pan Singh Tomar were not extra-ordinary movies but did not earn a bad name at least.
