Is that the last of Walt and Jesse?

It was really cool to finally see Walt and Jesse in Better Call Saul, but I feel like we should get more of them in a future episode or should have gotten more from them in this episode. Reminds me of the hype surrounding Audrey’s return in the 3rd season of Twin Peaks only to have the actual experience of her character’s return underwhelming.

Guess I'm one of the few who really doesn't think it's necessary for them to be included in BCS. IMO, that scene added nothing to the current story, or for that matter neither did the one with Mike.

The only major thing gained from the Mike scene is that it confirms that he is the private investigator who Saul hired to find out about Walt and Jesse. Also it seems to show how their relationship in BCS carries over into BB.

That was actually already known in BB

It was cool to see Walt and Jesse. I feel that it was done as fan service.

It was a nice touch but unnecessary in my opinion.

I understand the whole tie in but it really didn't add anything to the story.

Just my opinion.

Yeah it was just fan service and not necessary. I think we've seen enough of Jesse and Walt, and their inclusion could have been done through implication more than anything. Cut that scene with them out and keep the Mike scene and you'd still get the same idea. Maybe I'm being cynical and just don't want to see Jesse look middle-aged.
