Theories on why Jimmy is crying

The trailer shows Jimmy seemingly crying and saying something like: "I just can't handle this" or something along those lines. What's interesting is that he is sitting in a strange office (not his own) and has a tear rolling down his cheek.

What is he crying about?

Did Chuck kill himself and he's in mourning? I doubt it.

Is it part of one of his commercials? I don't think so.

Is it in some part related to his stress over not being able to practice law? Maybe?

I'm not sure.
