Love it, but...

First, I love this show for bringing a fuller understanding of current life in Israel/ Palestine into popular culture. Second, there are times the dialogue sounds like it's been written by 20 something hipster Americans and I find those moments distracting. The abundance of four letter words and sexual references among the British intelligence officers, for example, don't seem believable.

Then there are times characters use language inappropriate for their educational/ professional background. Nessa's use of the term "marriage status" as opposed to "marital status." The one other big example was the use of the term "monetarized" instead of "monetized." (Shlomo) Really unbelievable, and in Shlomo's case a word mission critical to his professional identity.

I'm sure this show cost a lot of money to make. It seems that a language/ dialogue checker, one with the level of education those in power here are supposed to posses, could have, for a relatively small expense, made this show something stellar instead of simply good. Hoping they clean up this aspect for Season 2.

1. Dialogues were very real, I think you have a very wrong expectation about how people in power really are.

2.There's not going to be a season 2, it ended there, it's a mini-series.
