1. The people are not her parents. They are 'dupes' or cult members selected by Ira to do what they did.

2. The murders of Terry + Mike will be pinned on her fake parents (they paid for the room), not Ira/Ansel. It will look like a murder/suicide and Ira and Ansel will go free. (In other words, there *are* responsibilities and consequences for actions, she just makes it look like there are none.)

3. The bathroom door closing was planned. Fake daddy closed the door behind them and locked it. Once she did her 'miracle' (necessary to get belief/suspension of disbelief / unquestionable loyalty), then daddy unlocked it. Once he was gone, Ansel accepted the miracle.

4. The nosebleeds had to do with some substance or combination thereof that she doses him with.

5. Of course, the finding her outside the door thing was easily doable with "parents" in on it.

In other words, no 'miracles'. Nothing 'supernatural'. Just clever manipulation. Like we all are every day.
