Are there plot-holes or I don't get it?

1. Why did Titli turn the car towards the police after the first shown robbery (even after his brother's warning and knowing how important 3 lakhs is to him)?

2. Did he knew that he is not going to buy the parking lot and the sellers might not return the money back to him, which is why he brought a gun?

3. If the brothers didn't find the gun, how did they went ahead with the last robbery and murder? (The police specially sent the katta meaning they would definitely need it).

4. And this one is bizarre - Titli's broker in the starting scene didn't agree even to 2,70,000. He wanted 3 lakhs, non-negotiable. The amount paid was of 2.5 lakhs. Are we to assume that the deal was made without even counting the money?

Vomiting! Vomiting! Vomiting!

Here's another plothole

The two brothers had been caught once before by the police and managed to get themselves free through their contacts. How are we to assume to that since Titli notified the police that they wouldn't be let go at some point thus ending the happy ending that everyone thinks it will be.
