Contrary to previous comments, very similar humour to TV Burp.
This sort of film is not for everyone. There will always be people who don't like the silliness of it all and expected a "real" film.
However I don't understand people who've seen the TV show (TV Burp) who are complaining about it being vastly different. It's very classic Harry Hill. The puppets, the over-the-top acting, the musical numbers and the randomness. This is what Harry Hill's TV show is, albeit with occasional scathing remarks about Eastenders thrown in.
(I personally loved this. It was exactly what I expected. It's light and makes you smile. He isn't crude or cruel, Harry's just got a child-like alter-ego that he throws around the screen. The constant breaking of the 4th wall reminds you that this isn't meant to be taken seriously. Don't expect either high school crudity or high-brow courtly humour and just enjoy it.)
