So who's lying? Tracy or Dr. Simon?

Do you think Tracy & Novella were a victim of Dr. Simon's 'game'? Or do you believe Dr. Simon's explanation of Tracy being a pathological liar?

I believe Dr. Simon's explanation. We see a lot of evidence of Tracy being a liar, she admits to Novella that everything she told her before was BS, but we see no evidence of Dr. Simon being a liar other than Tracy's word.
