That said, forums don't get active on their own. Instead of saying the last post was August 2016, how about registering and creating new discussion or joining existing discussion? You may find others wanting to join in. (The same goes for other IMDbers as well.)

You should also bare in mind that many of the forums are still small, but it's growing, and if enough of us migrate over to the site, we can build it up quick enough.
