Did Ritz Really Need To Use That Song?

Is anyone else a bit annoyed that the beginning bars of the infamous "Sky Boat Song" from Outlander which is a late 19th-century Scottish song recalling the journey of Prince Charles Edward Stuart (Bonnie Prince Charlie) from Benbecula to the Isle of Skye as he evaded capture by Government troops after his defeat at the Battle of Culloden in 1746 is being used to sell Ritz Crackers?

I'm more annoyed that Freddie Mercurie's heirs allowed multiple companies to use Don't Stop Me Now in commercials. He was too good for commercials.
