So, Claire sews a Bat-suit with hidden pockets where she can hide modern medical stuff, but not a picture of Brianna?

And why do you assume she didn't take one?

Why would you assume she did?

Until next episode where I am pretty sure it will come up, we can't assume anything.

That said, I would think that would have been her first priority, and in light of that your presumption was strange.

We don't know what she took. I know she mentioned the penicillin and scalpels. Did she mention anything else? I can't remember. But I do think it's safe to assume that at this point we don't know what she took with her through the stones.

When you first posted this question, I so badly wanted to say, "She did take pictures! Just wait!" But that wouldn't have been very nice.

From the book, she didn't mention taking anything at all (didn't even know about the pockets in her skirt). She showed Jamie the pictures and later mentions the penicillin. I honestly don't remember if she brought anything else. It's just as well that I don't remember. Maybe the show will surprise me.
