My top ten would be a bit different. In no particular order:
The spanking
The Jamie and Claire fight by the river
The wedding night, especially that kiss right before the first time
The beginning of Season 1, Episode 10...
Faith's death
The good-bye scene at the stones when Jamie sends Claire back to her own time
Everything Wentworth, Episodes 15 and 16
Jamie telling Claire his feelings since Wentworth, hiding under a blade of grass
Claire and Jamie fighting about not killing Frank, especially when Jamie tell her, "Do not...touch me."
The scene with Claire in BJR's clutches when he's going to torture and rape her and Jamie comes in through the window.
My top ten are all Jamie and Claire. I should have grouped mine, made it more like yours so I could have more than ten.๐
Claire and Jamie fighting about not killing Frank, especially when Jamie tell her, "Do not...touch me."
Great choices! I didn't even think about Claire and Jamie's first fight or the scene where they had to say goodbye to each other (I probably didn't think about the goodbye scene because I hated that they had to be apart)! Cool list. :)

I love the way season two began with Frank declaring his unconditional love ... and then 5 minutes later, he says "I have two conditions".

1. The whole wedding episode (best TV episode I ever watched)
2. The Claire and Jamie's Goodbye at the stones
3. Thd Fight at the River
4. The "I'll have you anyway I can" scene at the Abbey
5. The boat scene
6. The Goodbye scene before the battle of Prestonpans
7. The Battle of Prestonpans
8. The "I love you" scene at Lallybroch
9. The bitemark scene
10. The honeypot scene
Only one for me - the demise of the Duke of Sandringham!
(I worked with him a couple of times - it's personal ha ha LOL!)
