FINALLY!!!
I remember the outrage on twitter last year when Outlander didn't get single nomination. It went literally went on for weeks. People were so astonished and not only Outlander fans. Several Scottish actors tweeted their astonishment.
So this year they got their well deserved nomination and I'm so happy for them! I think for Sam especially, is so proud that the show is Scottish and how Scotland is the "secret star of the show", so I think the Scottish Bafta is a special award for him and it will make him proud to be nominated.
You are right ,I remembered that Sam was really disappointed last year , that snub was more hurtful than the GG. This is one nomination he does really care about.
shareYes, Souleiado that snub was more hurtful than the Golden Globes, because he is very proud of his country, but finally Justice is made and he is nominated with Cait and the show in the Bafta Scotland.
shareThe ironic thing is that Season 1 was more Scottish when compared to Season 2.. And Season 2 got nominated instead of Season 1.. Glad they got nominated this time though.
