Ashanti is nice and all

but she's a really bland host to me. Anyone like her on the show?

She was so boring. Last week was the worst week of the season. She has no interesting views and doesn't have hosting appeal.

Can't believe I was most excited about her week. She's been away from the spotlight so long, but now I think she should go back to the shadows and find some personality.

But I can't blame her exclusively, the show has tried to discuss the election day and veterans day -- heavier topics that I don't think they do well.

Plus, Lonnie has been talking excessively since she won Worse Cooks and she has an offputting attitude when she's not simply piping up to tell jokes.

So, overbearing Lonnie + Ashanti+ serious topics beyond their bailiwick = worst week ever.

She was not the best co-host. She was just a little boring is all, but she seems nice. Eve was excellent however.

How'd you like Monica today, just_be_you?

She is okay. I feel she did better than Ashanti. She related her experiences well, but it just feels like more of the same making a stagnant table. Eve added a diversity to the panel in thought that I enjoyed with is why I feel that she was the best.

For example, I don't particularly like how this episode was a little proselytizing. I understand that you have your faith and I respect that, but when the conversation becomes only about that, it becomes preachy. I feel they have a responsibility on this show, that is about celebrating diversity, that they celebrate diversity in all aspects. Not everyone who watches the show is of their faith, and it becomes overbearing when all they do is talk about it. Monica falls into this category similar to the others, where Eve was able to relate her experiences without bringing in that aspect as much making the panel more diverse in viewpoints.

Sorry for the convoluted explanation rmcrae_deluxe, lol, but that is what I think.

No apology necessary, just.  I understand what you mean about Eve doing a better job of relating her experiences in a way that reaches everyone and not just those who share her beliefs.

Ashanti was okay. She seemed very laidback and down to earth, but I'll admit that Monica was the best simply due to the fact that she has a more lively personality and she was hilarious.

Simply me.

Ashanti was boring AF. She can't sing or act and she definitely can't host a talk show. She's pretty and that's about it.
