Its funny how much the ending of a film can predict it's entire outcome as a whole movie. This movie had me engaged and liking it until the very last minute with it's lazy and sloppy ending, which left me upset. My rating went from a 7 to a 4 once the credits started rolling. Did anyone else feel the same?
shareI am confused by the fact that he was married and didn't even know his wife's last name???!! Sure, she could have changed it, but to be with someone for at least 9 years and to have no idea where she is from or what her name is shows how far off the mark he was.
sharei just don't understand any of the lore behind the creepy people. they just don't make any sense and their influence over the town was just silly. they were total beasts and showed some sign of intelligence but nothing to suggest they could control a whole town.
the writer of the book says they had supernatural powers and that sounds even stupider.
