Is Crysis 3 still the best looking PC game?

I know Witcher 3 puts up a fairly good fight but not enough to beat Crysis 3. The Pre release E3 version had the potential to beat Crysis 3. However, with the release of SW Battlefront and Rise of Tomb Raider, I am not so sure if Crysis 3 is still the best looking game. Mind you I am only talking about ultra details with txaa and post processing maxed out.
