what's the better game - witcher 3 or 2?

i'm trying to get back into videogames other than third strike after a long hiatus. got a goal to beat nine games this year. two of the three games i beat so far are 2 and 3 of these and they are the best RPGs i've played but i don't know which is better.

Because i beat 3 and i didn't know what i was doing, and it blew away any other RPG i've ever played and then when I played two it was the more intense experience, but what if I played 2 first? Then I would need more, want it to never end almost like Witcher 3. So let's say I beat both again. I don't know which one would win then... it's hard to say for me. Anyone else?

hope they release it again with the expansions on the disc cuz i sold my three cuz i figured that by the time i beat two a couple times (i would think this year) the whole thing would be out on disc.
