I love this film

I've written a short review, which I've published on Facebook and will improve and publish in a science fiction journal, in which I talk about the many layers which writer/director Ferand Peek provides, and the rich acting by Elliot Travers.

"Mis-drop" is alarming, it's funny, it's brilliant. Mr. Peek has really done an amazing job, and his cast and crew are outstanding. I'm sorry that I live on the other side of the planet from them, because I'd love to meet and praise them personally.

I recommend this to all fans of techno-thrillers, science fiction, and even horror; and there's romance, too.

I invite comments, because I have lots more to say. :)

fkelleghan, I liked this movie too. The actor is really cute and he does so much acting just with his face. I think it's a sad story, but the "book ends" are interesting because they hint that the Soldier will live on, in memoriam.

The story reminds me of John Le Carre's stories. People need to make choices, and sometimes they are bad choices, and sometimes they don't work out well. And sometimes the choices are made by the generals, which sucks for the soldiers.

The actor's name is Elliot Travers. Just search his name in the IMDb "find" box. He has done a lot of film work besides acting.

I agree with you. He was really impressive in "Mis-drop".
