Fiona writes about Mis-drop:
Mis-drop is that rare, wonderful thing: a multi-layered science fiction film which stays with you and demands repeated viewings. This funny and frightening film delivers insights into courage, loyalty, and trust in a future in which a space- and planet-side battle is both incomprehensible and alarmingly aware of the cold Realpolitik of today. Like Aliens, it portrays soldiers going into war with witty and heartfelt understanding; in a daring coup, about nine-tenths of it is focused on the face of one actor. Elliot Travers provides a marvelous and devastating performance as Private Jason Glen, who progresses through fear, love, terror, and disaster. Writer/director Ferand Peek has written a phenomenal story which feels much bigger than its short length, and he skillfully brings the story to a fascinating conclusion.

I have no personal connection with Mr. Ferand Peek, or his cast and crew, at all. I just love his film.
Thanks, all, for sharing!

PS: Now, Mr. Peek, I want you to do one about dinosaurs... :)
