So many bad things about this movie...

I'm willing to look past horrible acting but there was too much about this movie that made me cringe. Do the makers of this movie really think we're so stupid as viewers that we would just look past some of the stupid crap they try to pull. I think one of the worst moments for me is the Electrician who actually took time to edit in the "subscribe to my channel" stuff in the video footage of himself being electrocuted to death. Or the couple that gets killed in the woods after the birthday party and no one ever mentions them or says anything about it the rest of the movie. Or the stupid kid who sees all kinds of crap, including the witch herself and footprints in the basement and whatever else yet runs around acting like he had no clue anything was strange in his house. And how about the flying ghost cloud thing that flies in to kill the one kid doing the tribute video? What a laughable effect that was. I will say I laughed when Brandon got his head bashed in with his camera and they showed the broken glass in the frame and then Dana's acting after she wakes up after being possessed. She processes everything in what? 2 seconds? "where am I? Oh my dad's dead darn, where's my mom? guess I'll go in this cave." Lol. Oh and all the scary movie noises that they added warning you that something bad is about to happen. If there was a real witch you're telling me that suddenly ominous music and noises would start happening in my room?

LOL!

My favorite thing about the movie was that, after their daughter was caught eating a raccoon, they didn't see the need to take her to the hospital.

Not only that but didn't they review the tape of the father sleepwalking, going outside and having an obvious seizure?? Then they show him puking what looks like *beep* Don't take him to the hospital. AFTER that, Dana is talking on the phone like everything is peachy and perfect! Didn't they review the tape of the sheet being lifted by an invisible force and then being weighed down on the girls????? WTF IS THE POINT OF HAVING ALL OF THOSE CAMERAS AROUND THE HOUSE IF WHEN WEIRD *beep* HAPPENS, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO VIEW THE FOOTAGE?!
This movie is just downright horrible and the acting is atrocious. Too bad netflix can't be sued for putting such a *beep* movie on instant watch when SOOOOO many other movies deserve it. I can't help but think, the people that praise this POS are friends/family of the actors or film makers.....or maybe they're getting paid. Here I thought "Troll 2" was the worst movie ever made. Compared to this, it's Oscar worthy.
