I don't know where your problem is making you insult a whole audience because the movie just doesn't hit your personal taste? It seems like you are maybe a little Ms. "Schnabelstedt" yourself, huh? Or in german words: Du gehst zum Lachen wohl auch in den Keller, wa?
What makes the movie so fun is that you know a teacher like Zeki is impossible in an overregulated and overengineered country like Germany, where you need degrees, certificates, testimonials, recommendations, etc. for everything.
Yet you see that a "teacher" like him is hardly needed for a class like 10B, which - aside from the fun aspect - unfortunately is reality in lots of bigger schools.
The movie has alot to offer, the characters do have a soul, they even managed to give the shortly appearing character acted by Uschi Glas (Ingrid Leimbach Knorr, who jumps out of the window in the beginning) a soul. You remember her, you feel for her, you laugh about her ("Aaaaw Ingrid, not again", "I call you, the same hospital like last time?" ... ;D)
The movie has heart and soul, it is not just a clumsy cheap flat comedy with cheesy and corny jokes. Maybe the main characters are a bit stereo-type ("the virgin" falls for "the bad guy"), but for my taste it is not doing bad to the film.
I personally are very preoccupied about german movies myself. But I watched it yesterday on BD after avoiding it all the time too. The only german movies I really liked so far are maybe 4 or 5. And I have to add "Fack ju Göthe" to this list aswell now.
