she should have visited his village..

Rather than living happily together director focused on contuining alias journey after mahabirs death

yaa i get that..but still they should have atleast showed his mother, an emotional conversation between alia and mahabirs mother would've been nice..!!

That would've ruined the ending. She had no idea where his mother was, what she looked like, and we don't even know if she was alive. It could be implied that she died from abuse and actor wasn't sure if it either. One of the best movies to come out of Bollywood. I'm a huge fan of Alia Bhatt now - 3 amazing performances.
