Concept feels borrowed from Michael & Michael have issues

Seriously, I loved that show with Michael Showalter and Michael Ian Black from Comedy Central in 2009.
But The Comedians feels very similar even though I know its based on a Swedish tv show.
Two stars constantly acting passive-aggressive towards each other, constantly trying to one-up each other.
They star in a sketch comedy show and the show itself features some sketches.
Just like Michael & Michael.
