I also agree that it's getting better as it figures itself out.
I love Crystal as the slightly obnoxious established star doing little things to remind Gad of his place in the celebrity universe. Gad tries to get his shots in ("I was in Frozen!"), but Crystal is having none of it and just keeps pushing him down, week after week.
Overall, I think the show is pretty decent. It isn't great, but there are a number of good aspects to it. Hopefully it continues to improve as it goes along.

shareThis episode (Orange You The New Black Guy) is the first one I felt flowed from beginning to end without any dead spots. I'm glad I stuck with it. It was absolutely hilarious.
shareI agree with everyone else on this thread. A slow and bumpy start but kind of finding its groove now. I am a major Billy Crystal fan so I'm glad this is starting to flow a little. The supporting cast are still a bit dull at the moment (apart from Kristen who I find hilarious. 'How about I look in your b-hole? You've got to give me credit for looking everywhere').
