Agree with everyone in this thread; it's really very good.
Been watching pretty much all of the successful "alternate reality" shows about Hollywood celebs for many years, like "Curb Your Enthusiasm", "Extras", "Entourage", "Episodes", etc. I was expecting the genre to be pretty much worn out, and was sure that was the reason for the low ratings.
Having watched all episodes of "The Comedians" now in a few days, I honestly don't understand why it's not rated higher. They definitely got their own thing going; it's charming, the two stars have chemistry, the scripts are good, etc. I really hope for a season two as well.
IMDb-boards would be less confusing if people would mark their signatures clearly.
